Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Clyro website at clyro.dev and the early access program. These terms are short. They'll grow as the product evolves.

What You're Signing Up For

By requesting access to Clyro, you agree to receive occasional emails about Clyro: product updates, content we publish, and release announcements. We won't email you more than once a week, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Requesting access does not guarantee an invitation or any specific features in the product. We'll do our best to deliver on what we describe, but priorities change and timelines shift.

What We Expect From You

  • Accurate email: Provide a valid email address. We don't verify identity, but we do need to be able to reach you.
  • One signup per person: Don't create multiple accounts to game waitlist position or access.
  • Good faith: If you participate in any early access or beta program, provide honest feedback and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the product.

Intellectual Property

All content on clyro.dev (including articles, frameworks, diagrams, and the "5 Agent Failure Modes" framework) is owned by Clyro. You're welcome to reference and link to our content. You may not republish it in full without permission.

The "Prevention Stack," "Agent Kernel," and "Agent Reliability Index" are Clyro concepts. If you reference them, a link back to the source is appreciated.

Consulting Services

If you engage Clyro for an Agent Reliability Assessment or consulting services, those services will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) with its own terms, scope, and pricing. These waitlist terms do not cover consulting engagements.

Limitation of Liability

Clyro provides its website, content, and early access program "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or availability. Our total liability for anything related to the website or early access content is limited to $0. You haven't paid us anything yet.

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. If we make material changes, we'll note the updated date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Short version: we collect your email and an optional framework preference. That's it.
